Traffic! I'm a bit tired today so straight to the changelog!

Drift King v0.16 - Changelog:

• First mission now gives you a dialog for setting your name
• Missions now have dialogue
• Multiplayer comms now show text above the speaking player car
• Traffic lights and bot AI traffic improvements!
• Automatic object distribution along splines (more lights in tunnels!)
• Improved variety of impact effects - certain objects now have their own audio, rather than the default crunch
• Fixed AI racers sometimes doing nothing after a race ends (probably)
• Cutscene music is now separately configured from regular music
• Traffic path selection variety should be improved a little (ie, if near the airport, you won't only have cars driving away from the airport)
