Another update, fixing a bunch of bugs in races and adding yet more of the main city area to drive around. Have fun!

Drift King - Changelog:

• Add racers to regular traffic pools
• Seed random car generation by racer name, names are now mapped to unique car setups
• Almost finished city area!
• Fix bots pissing off at race start, before countdown finishes
• Fix parked cars being registered into races
• Fix traffic cars being registered into races
• Add basic sinking in water mechanics
• Fix bots triggering events
